You are sort of correct... however about two or three years ago we got burgled... Police got the bloke with DNA evidence, open and shut case... then it turned out that they and the CPS didn't actually know the law and the case got thrown out by the judge even with DNA evidence of his presence... if the Police had known the law that bloke, a serial offender, would now be in jail.
Now that really did lower my opinion of the useless cunting Police to even lower depths than I had thought possible.

I`m all for a good British stiff upper lip, carry on as you were lads etc when it requires. But these people have an entire culture which not just tolerates but promotes gang culture focused around stealing/mugging, violence and the rape of innocent women
When that phone call eventually does come through to say it was one of your loved/precious ones turn to suffer you wont be on here making vulgar quips about it

DoD, in an ideal world with a properly resourced Police Force I make you right. We're not in that world though are we?
There was no crime perpetrated here there was a suspicion. Had there been I am sure the Police response would have been different.

The old bill should have at least got a description, attempted CCTV access, matched the description back to the previous assaults. If CCTV obtained they should have revisited the victims of the previous assaults and asked them if they could identify their assailant.
Not difficult but requires some effort and an attempt at proper policing not something our Poice SERVICE are very good at!

comma that's correct... they basically said, "no crime has been committed" which is technically accurate but given I've now established they've already had two complaints on the same street about what seems like a serial groper and separately there is a serious sex offender at large in the wider neighbourhood as a couple of people alluded to below, I'm surprised they didn't find it a good opportunity to at least have a look for the bloke in the immediate vicinity.

Blacks like to rape. Not an overtly racist thing to say nor is it an unfair stereotype. From town to town or city to city where the black percentile goes up so does the likelihood of a woman being raped or assaulted
Had you of course caught the fella and attempted to restrain him you would currently be banged up on a GBH charge. If you indicated to the police what I mentioned above, even with a full dossier of stats and facts you would now be in even more further bother for upsetting minorities
